Refund policy
1. Return Request Period
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
We do not refund for change of mind under Australian Consumer Law.
However, you can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem. This is when the item
- has been assessed and found faulty:
- is significantly different from the description as they knew about them beforehand
- differs from the sample provided
- is unsafe
- not fit the normal purpose as described
We need to receive the product to determine if it qualifies for a refund due to a major issue. Any refund will be processed using the original payment method.
The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Please ensure the item shows no signs of wear, washing, or any damage, as this may affect your refund approval.

Return Shipping Costs:

- Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

7. Non-returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products, pre-order items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
