SHIPPING POLICY
Within Australia
We provide shipping, same-day delivery, and local pick-up inside Australia.
Parcel Shipping:
All our orders are shipped by Australia Post standard shipping at a flat rate calculated by different product size categories.
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping notification for your tracking details to become active with the courier.
According to Australia Post delivery time estimations, please allow the following delivery time once you receive your shipment notification:

Metro delivery within 3-5 business days

Regional delivery within 7-10 business days

Remote delivery within 14-20 business days
Express shipping is available with an additional fee upon customers’ request.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 day after the order was delivered, please contact us at info@ydtradinghouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Editing Orders & Addresses
Once an order has been processed, changes to goods on the order, shipping addresses, or names are not possible. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before submitting your order, since our dispatch team processes orders quickly.
PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped, and we will contact you for an alternative address.
Same-Day Local Delivery:
We offer delivery on the same day to the areas within 40km of our warehouse for orders before 5:00 pm. A delivery fee of AU$30 is applied. Delivery time is normally around 6 - 8:30 pm on our business days.
Delivery may be delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order was placed after the 5:00 pm cut-off time, we can’t guarantee to have your order delivered on the same day.
For same-day delivery, we will contact customers via phone to confirm delivery details.
Warehouse Pick-up:
Customers can pick up their orders in person in our warehouse during opening hours.

Please wait for the Pickup Email indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.
If your order was placed after the 5:00 pm cut-off time, we can’t guarantee to have your order ready for pickup on the same day.
We will hold your orders for 7 days after you receive your collection notification. The Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1970 gives us the right to sell or dispose of uncollected goods after a specific period from collection notification to pick them up at our store.
International shipping
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
